About Us

Bride and Groom, the leading wedding magazine in Sri Lanka, offers the bride to be, the groom, the bride’s maid, groomsmen, parents and friends with the latest and creative ideas, advice and industry contacts they would need to plan the wedding and homecoming, making it a memorable one.

Setting the benchmark for all wedding magazines, and enjoying sales around the country, BrideandGroom online (www.brideandgroom.lk) also aims to make things easier through quick checklists and a comprehensive bridal directory as well.

Bride and Groom is the organizer and host of the annual 'Bride and Groom Wedding Fair' which takes place in the middle of  the year, bringing in a large crowd to the venue. It is a meeting place for those wishing to get married  and family, with  wedding service personnel from across sectors of jewellery, fashion, hotels, cosmetics, confectionary, stationary etc.

We are also the organizer and host of the Annual Designer Wedding Show that shows off the brilliant artistic capabilityies of those in the local wedding industry, making it a day of pageantry.

The magazine showcases weddings in Sri Lanka, cultural and traditional aspects of weddings including poruwa and saree etc. Recognized by leading wedding industry personel, this compilation of Sri Lankan weddings,  advertisements and articles is also much appreciated by non-Sri Lankans who wish to have their wedding in this paradise isle.

The magazine is now available in hard copy in Australia and the UK, taking Sri Lankan traditions to those overseas and  Sri Lankan expatriates in those countries.
